Happy Thanksgiving~!!!!

 I love Thanksgiving. The food, the family, the parade. Growing up I would run for the TV first thing in the morning because the Macy's Day Parade starts so early. Or maybe I just always slept so late that morning. Either way, it was great. I loved seeing my favorite cartoon characters as ginormous balloons. Of course I had to try to recreate this feeling for the dolls of Shedville. Wanna watch the parade? Check it out HERE .  Then after the parade we would all gather to eat the feast. We've been vegan for at least the last 4 years, so our Thanksgiving spread looks a little different, but still so many tasty choices. I also love the stories that they would tell us in school about the Native Americans and the Pilgrams. I always wondered what a "traditional" meal would taste like. Kenya looks particularly cute in her outfit. No matter how you spend your Thanksgiving, I hope it's the best Thanksgiving ever!!

The Shedville Hotel

      Would you stay at a haunted hotel? Well that's the ONLY hotel in Shedville. Recently Tiana Beesley and her husband, Thorin recently moved to Shedville. At first Tiana was only visiting to see her sister, Evangeline, but once she saw how the economy was booming here, she decided to stay. Tiana was staying at her sisters house, but after a couple of weeks she knew she needed to get at least a room of her own. So she went to the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel wasn't really an option. When she saw the place, she quickly realized that it was not livable. But it was available. The hotel had been up for sale for a while. Now Tiana already runs a successful business, The Pretty Princess Promenade, where she dresses as a Disney Princess for parties. It was one of the reasons she was in town. She had a birthday party to do. Now she was thinking of investing in the Shedville Hotel. And she did! She completely remodeled it. Check out her video on YouTube and watch the progress....

Where have you been?!!

 Worry not everyone, I'm okay. I've been posting a lot on Instagram and on the Facebook page. But I'm back and ready to work on the blog. And get back to making Newsletters!! Those are one of my favorite things to do. Also I've been doing a lot with Hogwarts here lately. I joined a "wizard school" on Instagram and I've been posting weekly for "assignments". I like that that keeps me active with my dolls. I also just finished up doing a challenge for myself on Instagram where I posted a Halloween picture every day for the month of October. So no, I haven't gone anywhere, I just also haven't had time to make blog posts. But I'm back and ready to go! Expect a great newsletter for November coming soon.
