He's finally here. I got the CYO doll that I ordered when American Girl was offering their 3x points. He is a classic mold in the darkest skin tone with hazel eyes. I was a little disappointed to find that the Create Your Own generator no longer has the curly "boy" hair anymore, but I would have picked this hairstyle either way. This will sound silly but the thing I love most about this outfit is that it comes with boxer shorts instead panties. And I love this jacket. But I also bought the holiday outfit during the sale and I just had to see how it looked on him. What accessories did I pick when I bought this doll? Sorry the photos are upside down. But I got this set because I didn't have this one yet. I love that it has a tiny ring and an adorable necklace. If you ever order a CYO doll, always choose braces and glasses. Get your money

I have been staying really busy making new stop motion videos. Turns out I have like 10 of them lined up that I haven't posted yet or haven't quite finished yet. So my wonderful daughter wanted to help out. She set up a school Halloween party for her dollies  and snapped some pictures. i thought that was really thoughtful of her and creative. I've been working on creating a full size haunted house. With any luck that video will be ready by Halloween. im also working on a trick or treating video. Target just got one of my dream items back in stock. The Our Generation Ambulance. And of course I had to order it while I could. Here's the stock photos of it. i have plans to make a stop motion when I get that too. So what has everyone else been up to? Are you getting dolls ready for Halloween? I've been super busy working on Shedville. It's getting a complete makeover in 2024. While I'm busy, my daughter took the babies out for a day of fun. Ayla even built some of the things the babies are playing on out of scrap wood. She's very inventive. She has the most fun playing with the slide she made. So what are your babies up to on these last nice days?

American Girl just posted some new items. There's the trolls collaboration and a new trunk. So, what's everyone's thoughts? I think it's cute stuff but it's not for me. And I think AG has gotten even more crazy with their prices. My favorite part of the newly released stuff is that pink jacket. But I do wonder, why is everything always pink?!
