  Welcome to the Year Of The Dragon!! The Bakeneko family have big plans to celebrate over the course of the next two weeks, but for now Miyoko has to work at the restaurant. The Great Wall stays very busy this time of year. Even the Take Out orders are piling up. Seems like every couple in Shedville was in the mood for some Asian fusion. Melony really loves the Country Style Bean Curd. Once the crowds died down, Miyoko set out a special dinner for just her and Koji. Happy New Year!!

  The Nerd Alert comic book store recently got an update.  Not that long ago in 2023 I made a comic book store out of a cardboard box. I liked how it turned out, but things were constantly falling off the walls. Plus I didn't have a spot in the dollhouse for it.  Here's how it looked then: I liked everything about it except the clear plastic shelves I tried to use did not work out. They were too flimsy to hold any weight and Funko Bitty Pops are not light. Plus I wasn't sure where or how I was going to store it. So, I ended up trashing it. But I did like certain parts of it, so I saved the "shelves" for the new comic book store. Some of the key differences here is that the wall color is really different. I liked the half red/ half blue from the first one, but I had just used those colors on my new Bob's Burgers restaurant and I had a brand new thing of this bright green.
