Merry Christmas 2023

If youve been following me for a while now, then you know that I had to abandon my last blog and come back to Blogger.
This means that everything I worked on for the last few years is gone. At least online. BUT it also means that I have some great photo stories ready to go.
I had plans to share a stop motion story for this Christmas, but the universe had other plans. For the past 3 years I've gotten the same gift: the flu. Yep. Well in 2021 it was COVID, but last year and this year it's been the flu. I'm pretty sick of being sick. But being sick has put me really far behind.
The stop motion will still come out, but I can't say when yet. When it does, of course, I'll post here and on Instagram.

Until then, I wanted to share one of my very favorite Christmas photo stories. This is when Ben and Will got picked to put together a Meet Santa event for Shedville Academy.
Ben dressed as Santa.
Will ran the hot cocoa stand.
Together they decorated Santa's cottage. A wonderful little place for Santa to sit by the fire and read to the children.
They also had a ton of things set up outside the cottage where the children would be lining up. Complete with blank letters to Santa so the children could fill them out and drop them in the mailbox.
As soon as the doors opened, the line began to form.
But waiting in line isn't so bad when you have hot chocolate.
